Welcome to the Laboratory of Biochips & Biosensors, led by Dr. Haisong Lin. Our interdisciplinary research group is dedicated to promoting decentralized health monitoring at the point-of-person level through the establishment of an automated, digitized, and personalized health monitoring ecosystem. Our research is based on two platforms - the droplet robotic platform and wearable biosensing platform - with a focus on three pillars: 1) the actuation and manipulation of biofluids and biosamples; 2) the development and integration of biosensors and bioassays; 3) the investigation of the clinical relevance of non-invasive biofluids and biomarkers.
